Indeed Mr Williams, this phone speaks to me personally. I will be getting it, as well as one of their smaller "dumb" phones (perhaps the M6). I am sick to death, with the Samsung ZFold 2 that I have. It is also dying and the won't keep any charge. With this phone, I won't have the issues of running out of charge. Also, saves me buying and carrying powerbank.

DON"T DO IT! This phone is not at all what it seems. The speaker sounds terrible. The fingerprint scanner is faulty, so you end up always having to input your code, then hit enter before it unlocks. The camera frequently opens at random once the screen is unlocked. The screen is often unresponsive. You'd think for 2022 with Android 12, it would be a decent purchase, but it isn't. To top it all off, good luck returning it if you purchase directly from AGM! They ask that any inquiries be done via Facebook, which is not normal for legit companies to ask. And when they respond, the email address varies, with letters that don't match up (ajm). Plenty of typos on their website. So far, they've given a return address in California that has no obvious ties to the company. Wish someone like me would've given an honest review. I spent hours researching before my purchase, and still ended up dissatisfied.
I do have one question. Is the empty area on the sim card tray where you put a chip for memory expansion? Really want to down load my audio books to my phone and the extra memory would come in handy for that and extra pictures.
Glad you made this, it helped me in making the decision to get this phone. Ran through the set up pretty quick and my Mint mobile sim card started working with no issues. Thanks for the info, may have questions later but I'm enjoying this phone.
Garbage. Crashes every 10 minutes. Sometimes take 45 minutes to restart

They should strike up a partnership with Skullcandy and do that speaker right, and add some front speakers for surround sound. Other than that it seems to be a decent rugged phone. The charging speeds are pretty bad though. 18w max takes about 3 hours to fully charge and SoT is 10-13hr. I get that sot with the 7T and close with the s22ultra while only having to charge for less than an hour.

Hey bro, this H5 does work with AT&T Service right? I was just fixing to hit "Pay" on a different phone that was well over $500 bucks and I'm sure glad I didn't because after several hours of reviewing the phone I found it doesn't accept any phone service here in the United States! So I would have been screwed!! I just want to make sure this phone does work on AT&T here in the US.

I have an outdoors job, and NEED a rugged phone. At times, I have had to go back out and find the darned thing in long grass miles away. A loud speaker would be handy when I'm in noisy sheds (daily). But what I use most, is the camera. I LOVE good quality pics, and would like to see what this does. Always been disappointed with the quality of my Doogee photos.
I know on the website they only recommend U.S users to use T-mobile, but would Google Fi work on this device since it uses T-mobile towers?

Just a heads up for anyone going on the website where they sell the phone, if you go into specs and look at CPU, it says MT6765 which is the Helio P35, might be simply because they forgot to add the G at the end since the Helio G35 is the same number, just with a G at the end. I don't think it's misinformation, I think it was a simple mistake.

Not gonna lie I'd love to have the AGM H5 Pro as my daily driver
I just bought a AGM H5 Pro Rugged Smartphone last week and out of the box I charged it. Put the sim card in and started it. The first screen was the pin screen. I tried to put my pin in and nope, didn't unlock. I called the company and told them the problem and they said to use 12369 and try that, Nope... So I got hold of a phone tech and they ran me thru the factory reset... Nope didn't work either... Sent it back and got a refund and ordered the "OUKITEL WP16, Rugged Smartphone 10600mAh Battery, Night Vision Camera 128GB+8GB Android 11,6.39 HD+ Underwater Camera IP68 Waterproof Rugged Phone, OTG NFC GPS SOS Dual SIM Unlocked Cell Mobile Phone". This is a powerful smartphone. In my opinion, the Mediatek Helio G85 is a great one.

You got to do a drop/throw test. See if you can break it. Do this in a rain storm! Do a true torture test. I can tell for sure, for $300 bucks it is a lot cheaper than the CAT phone.
