I can receive group text messages but there's no "SEND" button on this screen. Is this just not an option on this phone? Could it be my provider or plan?
Horrible phone, a nightmare to use when using the screen, I tap on one key and it registers a total different key, bad camera, and the screen gets wet with condensation every other time I use it (that might not be the phone's fault). My grandma got me this phone and my mom wants me to use it as my main phone so it won't be $80 wasted. I only use it when my main phone is charging.

This is a good phone for people who don't want to spend over 100 dollars for a phone like my parents and other people around the world
The phone works ok for most things but if you drop it once, even in a case, as my daughter did the screen absolutely fries. Then Cricket will tell you that their free phones don't come with insurance and you will have to buy one at retail price plus pay another activation fee.

Nice review, Paul. I find it touch to use a phone with anything less than a Snapdragon 400 series SoC. The 200 series is definitely pretty rough.

I personally used this hone for 2 years. As I wish I could say it's reliable, It isn't. After 2 battery replacements, The battery still seems to die fast. Battery life isn't more than an hour on this phone. I would highly recommend paying a little bit more to get a Samsung than buy this. Very nice review though!

I hope Alcatel along with LG, samsung, UMX etc. Start to make 16gb as standard. I just don't think that nougat along with 8gb of storage just go together. I hope Alcatel continues with this trend and allows more budget phone users to have a better experience.
