Hi, Can the screen stay unlocked ? I would need this phone for my 90 year old nan. She wouldn't be able to unlock the screen to use. I keep on getting phone calls from my mum while she is trying to dial someone else (I can hear the tones as she is dialling) It must be that the phone is dialling the last caller or a number from her past call list? Do you know if there is key combination to ring the last number?

Hi, my dad has this phone, but it doesn't seem to be reading the micro sd card. We have tried multiple micro sd cards in the slot. The phone shows the 32GB micro sd symbol at the top of the screen, but when he tries to take a photo it reads 'not enough memory'. Can you help?

I bought this thing for my mum because it was advertised as hearing aid compatible. The manual is a flimsy 8 pages of very basic information, no mention of hearing aid on any page.

Video is OK, but the phone is crap. I bought one for my old friend who has Parkinsons disease. He is not able to operate the microscopic lock switch witch of course eventually get in the wrong position. Because it is difficult for him with distinct motions, the key-repeat is just as annoying as on other electronics, like TV remote. It makes me wonder if the designers ever met anyone with Parkinsons disease. After just one week the phone stopped working all together. And one more thing: What the h*** do we need 3(!) different SIM-sizes for? Not only do I need to find a new phone, but order a new SIM as well.
Is there any volume control? It says on the spec there is on the side but all I see is the lock keypad switch and on the other side the torch switch
