why did they remove the dualsim AND memory card? my cas S41 has all three, the reason I'm looking to replace it is that the flap broke after two years, and that the sim tray has now become brittle to the point where it's not sealing anything either. those phones are super duper heavy duty, I've abused the heck out of mine, dropped it on concrete more times then I can remember and never bothered with snow, rain, if I wanted to snap a picture I'd just double tap the power button and use the volume up to snap that picture.

Had the S61. Used it a few times while in the field to help identify hot spots after putting out forest fires. The thermal imager worked well for that and other fire dept related stuff. Ironically it started smoking while plugged in to charge. I had it for less then a year. Cat reps wouldn’t repair it and were going to charge me more then I considered it worth just to mail it in and look at it. The phones okay if you get a good one. Unfortunately I must have received a flop. They told me the charging jack in the cell must have been loose as that problem has been reported. At least I learnt how their customer service is.

Hola, me gustó mucho su explicación, el equipo es muy bueno, pero en Colombia es mejor no comprarlo, en mi caso compré un S61 original, cuando paso el año de garantía lo mandé al representante de la marca en Colombia la empresa 'Woden', con miles de requisitos para despacharlo a Bogotá, para que finalmente me digan que no tienen la repuestos para repararlo y que me recomiendan la compra de otro, el diagnóstico que envían es totalmente ambiguo pero si adicionan claramente la cotización para que les compré a ellos el nuevo equipo. En lo personal en Colombia recomiendo "No comprar teléfonos CATERPILLAR de ninguna serie.... Saludos

Cat is junk don't waste your money. their tech service is non existence. their warranty is out of reach in an expected timely manner. you will be out of $1000 out of you money.
I'm still waiting for a phone company to add the simplest of simple things; an external antenna port. I work far, far away from civilisation, so for the last six years I've had no need for a phone because I cannot get reception anyway. There's ONE phone that does here, it's made by some Chinese company but it's a scam through Telstra (Australia's biggest telco) - the phone is just a repackaged $12 phone in a more rugged looking case and they charge $1000+ for it.

This phone has some capabilities that is supposed to work as a professional tool like distance finder and thermal camera.Holding it in hands and talking about it inside your room of your parents house without the results of a real test this is not convincing.Why everyone does not own this ultra durable smartphone and finding it in everyshop,but only buy it from online ordering?

Would stay away from CAT phones. I have found them not to be what CAT or Bullit make them out to be. Nothing but problems with cameras, software and lack of after service. CAT phones are sold in Japan, but they wipe their hands of any responsibility for after service, repair, etc.
shitty phone
I own one. Piece of junk. Battery charge issue, shitty camera, slow, drops calls, Bluetooth issues. Rubber comming loose. Cat reports on their site that they are aware of the dropping connection since the Android 9 update. Their solution: turn off 3g 4g lte, and use 2g an gsm. I mean really. That brick cost me nearly 850euro. Oh yeah... The laser meter? Junk. Doesnt work in daylight. Dont buy it. Do NOT.
