I'm so hard on my phone. Got the KYOCERA Duraforce pro2. It has handled a million drops. Banging it off stuff, etc... But the camera SUCKS. Looking for a phone this durable with a better camera... I find it funny that you pay well over $1,000 for your higher end phones, yet they break the first time you drop them. Why can't they make a phone that expensive durable?!
Mine took 5 weeks to arrive and then died within 4 weeks due to a manufacturing fault. Aftersales jerked me around for two weeks before telling me that i have to pay freight to china, customs duties and for the repair. the warranty is worth nothing. Save yourself time and money and buy a decent phone

I must admit that I'm extremely disappointed in your customer service in South Africa. Complaints are drawn out until warranty is over and now about 6 months later I've had to have my port repaired twice. And this to an elderly pensioner. Absolutely disgusting customer service

I bought one through EBAY. It was a piece of crap. Returned it and eventually got my money back. It kept shutting off and I had a hell of a time getting it back on. Finally couldn't. I plugged it in and the battery overheated, plus it wouldn't update. I bought this one because a friend had a used one from another guy who has been using them for awhile. I reordered this time from the original store. Hopefully this time's a charm
