I got the Lenovo Smart Tab M8 HD version, mainly because of the charging dock and this one has a dual speaker for some reason. Otherwise, it is the same specs as the M8 HD, which is good for me enough even though it's for my relatives who use the tablet for casual purposes, as I got my gaming pc, although Google maps would struggle if you open the info on the locations quickly. Battery life is awesome and I would have a blast to play video game emulators from older consoles up to Dreamcast for hours during a blackout. Nice review. I would admit it's not for everyone and depend for their uses but for my family, it is awesome.

The a7 lite from Samsung released this year is a good competition to this as it has a p22 helio and 3gb ram, 32gb storage.

Hello, just found this tablet and really love your taste in games. I gotta learn how to use or emulate to play these games
I can't take video with mine. The playback is always glitched and zooms to the end of the video. It also takes for ever for the video to save. I've tried everything. Factory reset. Updating firmware. Using other camera and video playback apps. Everything else on the tablet works great.
Does this have HDMI out? (Or USB-HDMI?)

Anyone else had a problem with the M7? I formatted my 64GB Alunx Micro SD card it worked fine for a few minute then it kept on disconnecting? is my M7 faulty? I can run apps on it when it is formatted then it stops.....

There just aren't enough good 7-8" tablet options. I really liked a 10" Lenovo tablet I had a few years back, but it wasn't much more convenient than my laptop. Basically, I'd get tired of holding it up. I prefer smaller phones, but the screen ends up a bit small for reading and browsing online. 7-8" seems good for casual use.
One year hence, this is still a wonderful option for the buyers and contains a good Mediatek chipset. Good battery as well.

Hi, this tablet comes with Android 10, I don't know if it's from the version, but the three navigation buttons don't appear at the bottom of the pages. How do I fix this? There is no option to add them in the settings.

They really need to put better chip into this form factor. Something like Helio G90T or G95T with 4gb ram. They can keep hd screen and everything else about it.
Why is the day and date so small under the time on the home screen and no font or display setting will make it larger? Android 10 and they still design the OS like morons.

Still looking for an Android tablet that's good as a writing/editing device... even half as good as the iPad Mini. But testing such things doesn't even occur to Android reviewers. It's just content retrieval and then games, games, games. It's as if Markdown, which now allows one to create beautiful, graphic-rich content in txt mode had never been invented. It's as if Fountain, a markup language for screenplays that also allows one to work in txt mode had never been invented. It's all bang-bang-bang pow pow pow... screeeeech... Kapowee! Games.
