The only reason I'm looking for a new phone now is because the OS is so out of date that some apps are starting to not be compatible anymore. Unfortunately, I am finding that I'm spoiled with my Turbo when comparing its specs with other smartphones. Literally nothing compares. Except a couple of close ones but ungodly 7" sized.

I used to have Droid Mini. It was damn good of a package. The only quirk was 16 GB non-expandable storage but otherwise a great device. Brink those back Motorola, this is what you're know for!

I just bought me the moto droid turbo and after this review I cant wait for it to arrive. I am using moto now for the past 3 years and will never change to anything else not even Iphone.
I miss my DT..dropped it one day on concrete trying to bring down the notification bar with one hand and we'll..it didn't make it so after 5 days and a shattered screen it finally blacked out..RIP. Also I'd love to see this phone brought back from the 💀

Still using this phone and I'll always love it but I gotta say in 2020 I'm starting to feel it's age, battery doesn't last as long as it used to appa will close all of a sudden the keyboard takes like ten seconds to come up and it's screen finally cracked in 2020, still 5 years of a workhorse phone you had a good run.

It has been almost six years and I am finally retiring my Droid Turbo today. It got too slow and the battery has aged too much for it to be as reliable as when it was spanking new. An amazing phone that stuck with me for such a long time. Goodnight my friend. *closes box*

It's been 5 years. I just found my Droid Turbo in my backpack that was put into storage. I am in awe that it still works just fine! On top of that the battery still works! Of course I did have to charge it. Though (as I am typing this comment) I think I broke it. I am trying to factory restore it and it's been "restoring" for the past 3 hours.
Okay so currently you can't find this phone anywhere on Amazon or just generally online for sale? Any idea how to get one right now?

God I miss this phone... It was absolutely screwed by Verizon and Android 5.0 but I have amazing memories of this one

This phone has really aged over the past 2-3 years
Buying my Turbo in August of 2015, I can unfortunately tell you that the battery no longer lasts a full workday, even with Bluetooth off and using a 750mA charger at night since I bought it. The ballistic nylon has somewhat frayed and my clumsy hands have left a hairline fracture in the back casing between the headphone jack and the case seam. The screen has remained scratch free even if only due to my religious use of a screen protector. Responsiveness has diminished certainly, which is to be expected,a but I've also hit a bizzare bug unique to Turbos on Android Marshmallow where wifi connectivity intermittent and inconsistent, frequently preferring a 4G connection and switching to it without my input. Capacitive buttons are a bitch. There is very few ways to grip the phone that don't trigger them. AMOLED panel looks as good as ever. speaker really sucks.

I'm typing this on my 2015 Motorola Droid Turbo. Thinking about upgrading, but can't find a good replacement. Phones are still trying to catch up to many specs of the Droid Turbo. I'm very disappointed with what the phone market has to offer in 2020. Maybe I'll wait another year.
No, the Droid X is a super phone that was never revealed as such. This droid will never compare. It's a different league.

I have the phone, and don't get me wrong I love it, but it stopped charging. Version sent us a new one and that works fine. My sister has the same phone and it would randomly perform system shutdowns and would not charge, but she got a new one as well.

I need this phone for for T-mobile. I'm gonna have to keep an eye on Motorola. They are the only manufacturer combining the best features of all the manufacturers. They have super amoleds, front facing speakers, 20mp cameras and battery life. Just got to put it all into one phone and make it available for us GSM users.
