I know this is video is sponsoredby Nokia but if they let you keep the phone, would it be possible to do a long term review of it? Like use the phone on and off for 1 to 1.5 years (apply system updates, don’t factory reset, etc.) and then compare it to secondhand $200 midrangers/flagships. Historically, budget-tier phones and eMMC storage makes for an unusable phone 1 1/2 to 2 years down the road, so I’m curious if the G100 would be able to stand up after a year of use against a used midranger or flagship that’s using UFS storage. Especially the 32GB variant, having one that low makes me nervous for future performance
Is it just my guess that V-notch design is cheap, U-notch is mid-price, O-notch is mid-high
As a first user smartphone, this handset really packs a punch with a few premium styled stand-out features .. A dedicated Night Mode Camera Setting is an excellent idea for outdoor events, indoor Arena concerts, and other outdoor opportunities, the integrated power/fingerprint scanner looks like a great idea and it looks to.have a very tactile finih on the case in general, screen size looks to be larger than average and as mentioned the quality of the grahics in Gaming and Video Rec/Playback at 1080p, gives this device all the stars for Quality at an exceptionally affordable price. If it costs 169 (for 3 miserable gb of ram and 32 f*ing gb of storage) and 189 (for 4 gb) why u keep saying "This ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS smartphone"??? IT ISN'T. The design isn't modern, it looks like some motorola moto g's from 2018. Again, when you talk about the cameras, you keep saying "for a hundred dollars". Again, IT IS NOT. It costs almost the double. The video is lagging and stutters all over the place. The 662 is a 2017 soc, featured in phones like the Poco M3 that can be bought for 230$.

Nokia are doing what they need to do in order to maintain being a profitable company. That being said they have been releasing some pretty boring phones the last few years. Here's to hoping down the line they decide to launch another flagship device.
battery on my iPhone 12 mini doesn't last the whole day and by the evening I have to charge it again and I seriously need a secondary budget phone with good battery life like this Nokia G100, having a secondary budget phone along with premium flagship phone is always a good idea @msk100592

The price is great if we're being honest. Ram is a bit low but if you don't use a ton of apps then you should be fine which is my case.

What's even better about Nokia Phones is these are low key stock Android champs, with that long lasting software support. The 3.4 Ive been using has just gotten android 12 (and can be modded to 13 actually). I'd love to be able to buy this bad boy (or a slightly better nokia and have that peace of mind for years too). @clintroymkt on all platforms

This is a HUGE step up from my old AT&T Calypso
I was with the Nokia cell for 6 months having problems from the beginning and if you want to verify it be my guess, Call them have them read the notes. I told them to write them on Their system. I give you permission to have them release my notes and the phone calls I had to make using somebody's cell.
I went to another store and guess what, the rep told me that the Nokia are defective and are no good but they have to sell them as the best phone to get rid of them bc they have too many and need to make $$$. So we the customers are being screwed by T-mobile and their Nokia cells phone in Carteret NJ they should be out of business.
I told the rep at the store, what would happen if I have an emergency and your Nokia is not reliable,what I'm supposed to do in case of an emergency? They said nothing!!!! They knew it was a defective phone and still are selling it as the best phone!!
Nokia cell phones are no-good, 3 days after I bought it i had problems. Hang up calls, unable to call or receive calls, went to the store in Carteret NJ the reps were no help at all. They sold me a defective phone, the rep did not want to replace it nor give me a new phone nor give me my money back the reps said the guaranteed expired 15 days after I bought it! I kept going back to the store to no avail. The rep wanted me to buy another phone.

This is the best budget phone I recently got it.
I guess Nokia X100 doesn't support the zoom camera function when it's in 0.6x format.

Thinking about upgrading to this. Currently rocking the Pixel 6 on T Mobile, but I frequently lose connection. Even though it's a Google phone, can't play Stadia well. Just ready for a change.
It can run Yugioh Cross Duel with no problems and that game's graphics is close to what's on console now.
I have this phone and it's trash. Wouldn't even charge correctly until like week 3. Randomly opens camera. Not easy to unlock or hold and scroll in bed. Hella big and the camera settings are not user friendly. This is probably my 10th cellphone. It was my first brand of phone and probably my last. This is the phone that made me hate mobile phones.
How do I increase the volume
I've had this phone for a couple months now and I can tell you this, buy something else. This is the worst phone I've had in a while. It goes into airplane mode or dnd mode on its own. Or it just down right turns off for no reason. I can't keep it charged no matter how good a charger I use. Sooo yeah. Not good. 2 out of 10.
