What I find very odd is that Nokia and Google pixel both offer the same updates and security patches? and yet Nokia phones are superb.

One Q. Why not a rugged case on a mid ranger. Doesn’t it makes more sense. I had a case on 11pro and wireless charging works fine too, though i only go for it if i cant get a cable nearby.

After iPhone 12 Pro and my disappointment in Apple as company it’s time to go back to the basics. My next phone definitely going to be Nokia. Just hope they don’t go the way of others and remove the charger and headphones from the packaging for the same or bigger price.

Had this phone for a few months now and kind of regret buying it. It's very slow for the price and glitches like mad sometimes such as when you want to charge it with a non original charging source such as a different wall plug or any power bank for that matter. Never had such an issue with other phones I've owned.

So no charger to save the planet?!!!!!!! but tons of user manual papers killing tons of trees is no problem? shame on you nokia and shame to all companies. I think all manufacturers must stop sending those papers/documents as it can be downloaded through the website (pdf file).

👍🏻 Thanks for the review! It's good to see that Nokia is doing some great things, and is worth keeping an eye on when i eventually have to upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I love Nokia's common sense features in this phone (Samsung should take some notes about cost, battery size, expandable memory, durability, long-legged support, etc). But I'll definitely be looking for a stylus model and hopefully a replaceable battery when i leave Samsung. Well done Nokia ⭐⭐⭐

I've had mine for a few months now and it's been pretty great. But understand the camera and processor aren't that great, however the build quality and physical aspects of this phone are the biggest selling points. Everything here works well and functions nicely. However I wouldn't buy one now as Samsung is releasing the Xcover 6 Pro soon which has a better processor as well as a REPLACEABLE BATTERY. It'll have the 778G processor as well blowing the doors off this device.

Super review. REAL Durability, with an "okay HW" and "fairly normal smartphone looks"... For our daughter, that mostly uses it for light gaming and social stuff - and are having a phone in her back-pocket - and drops it once pr. week - then IT IS THE THING !! It is like the "modern" version of the "Samsung's X-Cover" series... (with less compromises) So - in a way: It exchanges 2-4 buy's, of the mega-load of cheaper "drop and throw away" smartphones... (or in our case: An iPhone-XS, that despite full-cover case and panzer-glass, got smashed (all back-glass shattered), and the front-screen ended up with a very strong vertical "light-beam", before dying 100% .... after just 1½ years ...)... [a bulky book-style protection with rubber-frame, can as such not make up, for the "basic use-once" super-design from Apple!!! (a sad story, of arrogance, desillusion, and money-wasted...)] So: This phone is NOT bulky (without reason)!! ... Especially not in comparison with a stupidly-designed modern iPhone, that one wants to protect (in wain)! (and it is good for muscle-forming weight-training!!)

Why they have to map a single button to a single task is beyond me, I love LOVE the galaxy s10, and its complete madness it also has a button that launches Bigby (which for the life of me I can't see what it offers that google doesnt) if the button launched Google I'd be happier, but I can't find a way to re map it, or launch the camera that would be handy, or the music player..... they should allow it to be assigned to several applications out of the box,
Nokia xr20 or Motorola defy
I wish my Nokia G50 was durable. I only had it 3 months and dropped it outside and the screen shattered. However, I got the Nokia XR20 the same day and I'm trying to find someone who can fix my screen on my G50. I do love the sound better on the XR20 than the G50.
Just got one and that Google assistant button P1ssed me off in one day😡 My first interaction went something like this..... Me: Turns the phone on XR20: I'll turn Google assist on instead Me: You F***ing C**t Google assist: I appear to have upset you Me:🤣🤣🤣🤣 After I'd stopped laughing it still annoyed me so Gorilla Glued the button so it cant be depressed anymore. I do realise I've invalidated the warranty but so would smashing it to pieces over that annoying button. What a pleasure it is to use now, love the phone 👍
HMD still has no idea what a good midrange SoC is. Also using an IPS instead of an Amoled is kinda dumb. They could have made this phone ultra desirable, instead they made it kinda meh.
