For the slow charging, try turning off the charging optimization, it's slow charges so it doesn't wear out the battery
The phone is ok. I received the phone recently and it got here faster then the phone charges. Got to 0% and it took and hour to get to just 17%. It's very slow on charging. Takes 8 or so hours to fully charge. When using the phone it drains the battery with in a few hours. If you don't use the internet it may last a day or two. When I received it, it was at 30 or so percent. But when I was setting it up and it died. I to tryed change it but the phone's charger didn't work. Used a friend's charger and it worked. When trying to get ahold of the "nuu" company about that. There's no luck. They don't answer and when you leave a message they never get back to you. Not impressed!! I also got a voucher for a free phone case which I know I'll never get cuz I can't even register the phone and they won't get back to me like I said. So far I'm not impressed with the phone or the company!!

I bought this phone for weeks ago I have not yet to receive the free case that comes with it. You cannot find any phone cases for this phone. Amazon sells a cheap crappy one that doesn't fit the phone properly. No other manufacturers are making phone cases for this phone so if you drop it and it shatters good luck trying to find somebody who can fix this phone. I've reached out to the manufacturer several times now on the order of my TPU case and no one's reached back to me no live person answers the phone you have to just leave a voicemail and hope that somebody calls you back. How do you launch a new phone without having the capabilities of offering other options of a phone case. This definitely does not meet my standards of customer support. The phone is awesome but you have no other resources for it and the company is not responsive

I've had this phone for about two weeks now. I really like it. Performance is good, smooth (left it at 90 Hz). Battery life is great; gives me about 8 to 9 hours of screen on time. Screen brightness is good too. Sounds is loud but not the best in quality (it's still good considering it's a budget device). Camera is ok but still could be better, specially when there are many entry level phones with a better image processing. I contacted Nuu, and they say they're working on a camera app update.
I've had three phones from this company and they do seem to be getting better as far as their technology is concerned. I used their G3 model for about a year and a half and I liked it. Although, I really wish it had a flat screen and not the curved glass. It's nice to see that they gave the v15 model a larger screen but, I wish they would have given it a punch hole front camera in the upper left hand corner instead of the old water drop notch. The one thing I like about this company is it always offers a very stock Android operating system. In addition, usually their phones offer dual SIM card ability which is a big plus for me.

Phone is junk, they claim it’s unlocked and it ain’t, call their customer service and they said it’s partially unlocked, wished you had mentioned it before I bought it.

I'm going to ask questions that very few reviewers care to answer: Is that search bar at the bottom of the screen removable? Can we loop the home screens? I've used Samsung, LG, HTC, Umidigi, Motorola and Samsung and LG phones can loop the home screen without installing another launcher. LG and Samsung also had Dark Mode long before Android 10. Is the phone stock or does it come with gallery and music apps other than that google crap? Since I don't want another stock phone and LG isn't making cellphones anymore I may be going back to Samsung for my next phone...
How much are they paying you to say this. I connected this phone to my pc. It shows that it's connected. When opened, no files are shown. I wanted to add music to it but can't

I have had a few of their phones in the last few years including their G3 model. The G3 was their first true step in the right direction. Although, they should have made the screen bigger. This model looks like a great deal for the money. They usually have pretty solid products whether you purchase there a series, g series, or the v series. They usually include a gel skin case in the box. However, tudia usually manufactures emerge series case for their products. Unfortunately, it's usually released about 2 months after the phone is put on the market.
Great review as always! I've owned this device for 3 weeks. It definitely has a very nice screen with great viewing angles, smooth performance, good screen brightness, great for gaming as well but... camera had definitely been a disappointment for me. Nuu advertises this device to have image stabilization but it doesn't. All moving objects or people canoe out blurry, every time and doesn't focus well. Wide angle pictures are really poor in quality. Selfies camera also either under exposes or over exposes.
