dont buy off this company, pieces of shit sold me a phone that stopped working a month into having it, the screen completely stopped working. tapping didnt work, nothing. i sent it to them for the warranty and they sent it back saying they couldn't fix it and whatever broke wasn't under warranty. THE PHONE DIDNT HAVE A SCRATCH. And they had the nerve to offer $25 as compensation. fuck those guys.

Just bought this they have a promo going trade in bonus 150 pounds plus 40 pounds for an old Xiaomi mi 9t I have and also a 100 discount voucher and they bundle the bud pro so if they honour the trade in after I send in my Xiaomimi9t should be a 350 pound phone I am coming from an iPhone 11 Pro Max got bored of the iPhone so hope I made a good choice to switch to android with this phone xD if not then at least it was cheap xD

I have the 8T and I am very happy with it. This morning I installed the beta version of Oxygen 12 and this version is very smooth. A fortnight ago I installed Lineage OS and Pixel Experience, but because of poor audio performance I rolled it back to Oxygen. The only issue I have with Oneplus is their update policy. But if I can get the 10T for the price I paid for my 8T (403 euros), I might buy it.

Buying garbage OnePlus phones are just waste of money. Poor quality & poor warranty service. Unresolved Overheating, vertical lines, etc. Worst experience with this OnePlus brand.

I've never been so disappointed in a phone in all my life. Waaaaay too much hype for this. I much preferred my one plus 6t...I wouldn't have changed up only for I dropped my 6t and smashed the screen. Since getting the 10t it has failed to respond to my face, fingerprint and remembering my passwords. It copied most of my stuff over ok but left some behind on my 6t. Overall I'm utterly disappointed in the reaction time on this...the screen freezes...the amount of repeat actions to get it to do basic stuff. I'm seriously thinking of selling and getting the new Samsung... honestly never thought I'd ever go back to Samsung since I started buying one plus phones...and I've had them since one plus 1...this 10t phone is a big NO-NO for me. Beyond disappointed with this

This phone is great. $650.00, faster and smoother than most android phones. Good point and shoot camera, great screen, and with the fast charger, it made wireless charging and charging overnight obsolete. All for half the price of flagship.
My OnePlus5T is still kicking until now with good performance, not even worth for un upgrade I think.

It's crazy to think that 3 years after the OnePlus 7T the cameras are worse no telephoto lens a worse lower res ultra wide and worse macro camera sad to see how far OnePlus has fallen.
Crazy high ram (16GB, storage (256 GB) and latest processor (Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1) & FULLY charges in 20min for $650. YES PLEASE! Don't care about the camera/ missing alert slider much. Just want a high performing phone w/o ever running out of juice! love this lil beast of a phone

Ive owned three oneplus phones and I never used the slider for some reason. I tended to use my watch to control do not disturb. I've never been a fan boy of any brand so I don't get my heart broken. Clean OS, Great performance, no bloatware, built like a tank, great display, amazing charging speeds, reasonable price (esp. used like mine) AND PEOPLE still bitch. I just care that my phone hits those marks above and that's it. Years ago I found Moto and Pixels hit that spot for me. Once Oneplus came to Verizon and CDMA I figured I'd give em a chance and haven't been disappointed. Companies serve the market, shareholders, and consumers. Not just consumers. So they will ALWAYS disappoint you.
7T and pro still unique from predecessors. Oneplus has to come up with unique style instead of copying samsung. Removing alert slider is seriously a downgrade.
