Hi, Can the screen stay unlocked ? I would need this phone for my 90 year old nan. She wouldn't be able to unlock the screen to use. I keep on getting phone calls from my mum while she is trying to dial someone else (I can hear the tones as she is dialling) It must be that the phone is dialling the last caller or a number from her past call list? Do you know if there is key combination to ring the last number?

U should explain how to use every feature especially the SOS feature because the manual is shit and doesn't explain the features properly.
Elderly people worry that they can easily press keys accidentally in pockets handbags etc however you never covered this or I would have liked and subscribed. You need to think what old people need and their anxieties with technology. You should speak slower and not rush, I also think you could give more information regard setting the phone up as the instructions are rubbish on my Artfone, though the phone is great. Many people review phones but the ones most popular are those that give help with navigation and setting up because its often left for a relative to set up the device for an elderly person and they themselves are not always very tech savvy. Thanks anyway for this review.
