My current phone's auto focus does not work in Macro Mode either. I just move in to what I want to photograph, touch the area of the screen I want to focus on, snap the picture. No struggle at all.🤷🏼♂️ It's faster than moving the phone back and forth...

I've had this phone for about 1 year. In multiple places, I've experienced problems when stores try to scan their app barcodes. Wawa is the biggest problem; 9/10 times, they can't scan the data. Super annoying. Every time, they ask if I can brighten the screen. I didn't realize it's a phone issue until this video.

This is the worst phone I have ever had. It always locks up, freezes, and sometimes it will shut itself off. I have gone through all the settings and have spent hours talking to tech reps and they don't know why it does these things. I regret getting this phone and I regret that I'm locked into this contract for 2 years.
Trust me, no matter what "special deal" they offer you, do not get this phone!
Galaxy A32 has a bad internal antenna. And T-Mobile and several tecks have admitted the problem. I'm on my third one. And problem with network started say one. Do not buy
Interestingly enough the a32 5g I just picked up yesterday for my pops is indeed 90hz refresh rate. I've seen many videos that say otherwise so Samsung must have a different variant here in the states. This unit does 60 and 90.
I found this phone to be slightly less well-made than expected, with a down-graded display, poor orientation performance, and loaded with bloat-ware which cannot be removed. In an attempt to fix their horrible default button functions, Samsung has actually managed to make them even more problematic. Additionally, the A32 antenna appears to be less sensative than the A10s I used previously, and its battery only approaches a10 performance (4000 mAh) when the phone is set to the "recommended" 70% mode. The very fact this phone is equipped with the reduced-power consumption mode (and NEEDS it) should tell you everything you need to know about its battery longevity trends. The cameras are rather exposed, and as they are not protected by their own module, they are at constant risk of surface contact, even inside a case. The software bundle is problematic. By default the phone comes with software set to automatically allow access your camera and mic, and which is specifically designed to facilitate access by other applications. Want security? The system comes with an offer for MacAfee, the same company that is currently hated by its founder. Google will own you if you use this phone, which is interesting, because the nearly duplicate Samsung apps also want to own you. If you have any brains at all, you'll spend the first hour restricting as many of the application access rights as possible, in order to keep them from constantly activating (battery), and reporting every action you make on your phone to the mothership or anyone else with the right application access (privacy/security). In summary, cameras aside (I don't use them, so they don't matter to me), at the recommended 70% power consumption level, it is more troublesome, more bloated, less well-designed, and no more capable than the entry phones designed two years ago. All for $100 more. Truely a great value for the mindless industry sycophant.

I've only been using budget phones for years. So I imagine this is actually gonna be a huge step up for me, lol. Best phone I ever had was the A51 (it was amoled, waterproof, and had fast charging, imo it's still likely to be the best phone I ever had for a while yet), but it got stolen :(
My favorite phone I ever had was the Droid Turbo 2. It was just the best phone all around, and I miss the plastic screen system (saved my display many times).
All in all, I'm sure I'll be more than happy with the A32 5G. I've never experienced 5g speeds before so I'm kind of excited. And I'll take 720p to preserve the battery all day.
Why do none of the reviews mention making phone calls? How good are connections, sound quality? I really want to make phone calls on the phone, duh!

Very informative and accurate video. I just bought this phone for my 82-year old mom and it has all the features she will need. Not everyone has money for Flagship phones and videos like this help a person choose a mid-level or budget phone and know ahead of time of what to expect. You are greatly appreciated and have a friend in Columbus Ohio!

Back side is plastic because it's designed to be a budget phone
Resolution is not very good because it's designed to be a budget phone
Sound system is not very good because it's designed to be a budge phone
It is thick because it has a 2 day lasting battery
If you say "could have been better" etc. Then the phone price would go up to 600$

Pretty noice phone, i still have it after a year and the only problem is the battery that degraded after heavy usage.
Other than that, it's 100% functional, cameras are good, same speed the same day i bought it and no overheating at all.
Games (cod mobile) ran smooth and still do today.
I expect the phone to last me for a couple more years after i replace the battery when it starts to die out too Quick.

I was just gifted a this Samsung A32 5G phone to replace my aging Blackberry Key-One. As long as I can use my 128gb SD card that's in my Key-One and pop it in this one. I can't wait to try it out.

Have this A32,5G for over a year now and it sucks, hate it. Slow and weak. Constant issues with connectivity....My previous was a A20,4G and was a much better phone. Too bad they are discontinued.
Plenty of complaints about this phone exist on tracfone’s website. All of them about it being unstable.
I.E: The phone has bad nand flash. This seems to only be a tracfone thing, but after experiencing a phone die from its nand flash failing and all the things it caused it to do, I’d stay away.

I recently got this device I had a Samsung galaxy A20 for 3 years power used it till I got the purple screen was going to get the Samsung 21 ultra but everytime I go to Walmart they are sold out so needing a phone asap I seen this one and bought it and I'm impressed with it $1300 vs what I paid for this around $240 to $260 I can't complain for what it does

A32 5G released in January but the 4G version was released later
I'd get the 4G version. If I didn't have a choice but to get a 5G phone I'd turn the 5G off at first chance. On my current phone it's set to the slowest speed and get faster downloads than when it's at the fastest speed.🤷🏼♂️
Samsung has made the 4g better in some cases than the 5g because if the 5g will be better in all cases, then why would people buy the 4g variant..
So basically the only difference between A32 5G and A33 5G is that A33 is water resistant but a let down cos u can't have dual sims and a memory something A32 do easily.... Hae Samsung though

I've had both,the 5g is so much worse than the 4g it's much faster and is very much more powerful. It seems like the 5g is much better but as I have used both for extended period of times.the 4g is the very best
