phones camera is about the only thing about the phone I like.... FIRST OFF they do not send a charger with the phone, making you purchase one.. the charger port is different then all other android chargers, so your old one will not work...but..THEN, there is no headphone jack thus forcing you to buy bluetooth ones. AND THE MAIN THING I dont like is there is NO OPTION to add a microSD card to the phone for added storage. I'm sending the phone back. I can do without the awesome camera if it means taking away things that I use most on the phone

The phone is great except for doing things like making/receiving phone calls.  Even with volume maxed out it's tough to hear the person on the other end of the phone call.  The internet is filled with people complaining about the lack of volume on the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.  I'm surprised this reviewer didn't discuss it.  Sadly, it looks like I'll have to take my phone back.
I hope in the S21 Ultra they've fixed the snapchat issue with android Os. I'd hate to buy such an expensive phone that has shitty social media picture qualities

I just saw a review by Dave2d regardking the Camera on the S21 ultra, and he was not that impressed with the video quality, and said it was subpar, except for the ultra wide. So you never talked much about the final product in comparison to other phones, while talking about the features, which I dont' care about unless it produces a superior final product which I don't think you have proven. You talk a lot about how you like the black finish, and the battery life, but as far as what else makes this a ' great phone" , I don't really see it. I am glad I watched the review by dave2d, as I tend to check out several different reviews and decide which one maked the most sense and seems the most reliable. I ordered a s21 uttra thinking it would replace the fantastic deal I got on the pixes 6 pro which for me is working flawlessly despite some of the ciricisms from you and a couple of other reviewers. I pretty sure I prefer the point and shoot function of the pixel, and it is hard to imagine anything smoother, and the screen is absolutely beautiful and I can't imagine a screen that much better. In addition Dave 2d says the portriat mode is not competitive with the pixel. Sorry, but I tend to find his review much more reliable, and yours a bit over hyped,, especially when you say it is not pefect and mention why, as you do on other phones when we know no phone is , but you tend to make excuses for the galaxy that you do not make for the Pixel. i am sticking with my pixel 6 pro, because I do not believe the galaxy s21 ultra, is such a great phone after all, especially when it comes to the camera
you mentions its imperfections, like missing shots, and you did the same thing with the Pixel 6 pro, but seem to have less confidence in the 6 pro, I have a 6 pro, and have not noticed any inconsitences as yet. I think sometimes you reviewers forget what you say about other phones in comparison with some others, so that it either seems you are partial to one manufacturer over another, or that you want to promote one phone over the other, which I actually makes sense, because let's face it, there isn't really any such thing as objectivity.
Got it for 2 years now. first time in all these years, i will not buy a new one. it still runs fantastic. zero problems. s23 ulra must be something else for me to switch. Best android phone ever (personal opinion ofcourse)

I found a feature nobody's known about onabout on the S21 ultra say you take a nice photo in the sun and you take a time to photo and waited for the perfect moment to get you out in the sun like right behind you while it's setting there will be a little button that has a clock on it and if you press on it it makes a really nice video

I dont know why you Westerners i so corcern about the curve edge and hate it. Im an asian and i have never seen anyone in my life complaining about the curve edges and accidental touches and actually we love it. It is a distinct look special for Samsung and it makes Samsung phone so beautiful. Granted there is other manufacturers that do this edges even crazier like OnePlus,Huawei,Xiaomi,Oppo but you can beat Samsung curved edges. They have the best display improving every year and they dont curve too much until there is no grip at the side. I have been using Samsung S series since the S3 and now S21 ultra and i never had any accidental touches once in my life eventhough i use it one handed a lot and game a lot with my phone to the point i have to charge my phone 3 to 4 times daily? Where the accidental touches coming from? The edges are usually less sensitive than the flat front and even if your thumb or palm touches it,a lot of times it wont register a touch and just wont response. You know i even tried to create accidental touches after i watched almost all westerners videos ranting about the edges and i failed to create it.
