I bought this thing in the 3/64gb model back in summer 2019 and it has definitely served me well for the purposes I bought it for in 2019. Thousands of hours running summoners war (which was it's primary use for a good year and a half) and several hundred reading manga. It has definitely aged and the 64gb of storage it has feels nothing short of suffocating. Considering it's a cheap tablet that can still do less resource intensive tasks, it was well worth the purchase on account of how much I've used it. It may not be able to run newer games all to well, as well as large games being nearly impossible on the amount of storage it has. Even then, the tablet was a worthwhile purchase for me. I can't for the life of me understand why anybody thought the 2/32gb version was a good idea in 2019.

Maybe a silly question, but is the end of OS updates kinda the end of the tabley's usefulness? Like if I just used Android 11 on this for the next 3 years, is that viable?

This tablet is so good it loads 2440p quality videos (Sometimes lag)
I’ve had this tablet for almost 2 years now, I barely use the thing and it has maybe 8 or so apps installed with about 30 photos and for some reason, it is incredibly slow. It takes so long just to open or close apps. And it’s really annoying considering I use it so little

I'm watching this on galaxy tab 10,I bought it back in 2019 64 gb version for less than 200 dollars. Still work great.
It has the same processor as the tab A 8.0 with s pen and tab A 8.4: exynos 7904
If you have this tablet, I pray you never update to Android 10. Just stick with 9. It's slow on 10 and even slower on 11. I made the grave mistake of updating to 10 and thought it would get better as they update it. Well, it never got better and now I have no way of going back to Android 9.

I bought this Tab A with 3GB RAM and 128GB Storage for $200, and it's Not Worth Buying in 2022. After only 1 and a half years of use, the Android 11 Update cut the performance by half. For the Tab A's original $300 Price, you can now get the IPad 9th Gen for only $30+ more and the IPad is better in every way compared to Samsungs Tab A and Mid-Range S line

The samsung tab a7 is the better deal between the tab a8 and tab A 2019 and it will get android 12 this month !
A great tablet. Superior to Tab A 8 which has been a big disappointment on performance. Not worthy of Samsung.
I bought this when it first came out i paid 449 for the 3GB 128GB pretty good tablet still Yes no android 12 but security updates for the next 2 years is fine with me .
