I bought this for use as a Drawing Tablet, using Krita, which basically is an open source multi platform fully featured Adobe Photoshop alternative, and my god is it, on this device it runs smooth, and any aspiring artist can easily use it as a full colour drawing tablet alongside their manga/comic, and anime/cartoon/show entertainment.
I was just gifted the 128 gb one, but I cannot get it to connect to my wifi for higher than 6mbps. It can't even load a webpage. Any ideas ?

I got it for like 130, but the screen was pretty bad, you HAVE to keep it in front of you because the slightest movement darkens it SO MUCH. For the price you can’t even complain but I had to return it for that reason.

I've had Samsumg Galaxy Tablets for 10 years, after WASTING too much money on POS Google branded (made by ASUS) Nexus Tablets and one AT&T branded ASUS SIM LTE able 7" Tablet (who F'ing ASUS STOPPED UPDATES after 4.4.4 Kitkat! ... I will NEVER buy anything ASUS again!) I've even had a iFad (series 3) and I HATED it (CrApple junk is made for Stupid people). I will ONLY buy Samsung Tablets (as I said, I've had 4, a 2020 Galaxy Tab A is my newest. I love them, and if there was a way to DELETE all the Samsung Pre-stuffed Apps, I'd Marry one!

They definitely have used a cheaper panel on the A8. Compared to my Tab A from 2019, it looks faded, the Tab A is more vibrant. The display has a blueish tint, which can cause eye strain. Reading mode is too extreme and you can't adjust the colour temperature like on Xiaomi devices.

I know it doesn't compare to an AMOLED display from other models, but how are the screen's color accuracy? are there saturation options?
Looking at A7 lite or this. Is this worth a $50 difference ? Mostly wanna use it as a second screen while i game and some lite gaming (Mainly FF7: Ever Crisis in the future). Don't care much about the camera. Trying to find something better than my phone, Galaxy 8. The smaller screen on the A7 isn't a big deal.

I have an old and lagging Samsung T510 tab...which I bought in 2014 for about 250 USD /(2500 Swedish crowns)...to my amazement there are no tabs that can beat that price with that screen reso., 290 PPi, it looks like a Retina screen. (10" with 2500 x 1600 !) I wish it would remain well working but it only has the Android 4.4. It's crazy that during 8 years they made steps BACK, for that money. Still, it seems that I need to buy the A8 because of the latest Android OS. Great review!

Lo utilizzo da giugno, comprato dopo aver letto giudizi e caratteristiche, anche il prezzo è allettante, ebbene, delusione totale. Vado ad elencare i principali problemi: primo, scheda di rete pessima, perde in continuazione il segnale, se non si è davanti a un router non c'è possibilità di collegamento a internet; punto 2, si scarica velocemente e per ricaricare ci vogliono almeno tre ore perché non ha la ricarica veloce; punto 3 i colori non sono paragonabili anche a tablet della stessa fascia di prezzo... Insomma un tablet che ha le stesse caratteristiche di un tablet da 100€ firmato Samsung, spacciato da vari recensioni come un buon prodotto! Per la mia esperienza è un tablet penoso e che consiglio di non comprare. Provare per credere
