Dude, it's TOO EXPENSIVE. I'm trying to "justify" the purchase price, but the device just doesn't do it for me. KUDOS to Samsung on the phone and design but realistically, it's just an additional screen and some plastic.

I hear you pal. As you were getting at, I think whether it's right is subjective as to the usage; if one is an office user, one could hook it up. I imagine plenty are impatient for that or may be shocked they need to do this again with how modern phones have made low battery a thing of the past. As said, it is also a new technology and also, I'd say, for business people. Phone instead of clunky laptop, doing things on the fly. If in the office or at home, one can also use the proper computer or laptop instead. Video calling on the train, emails in the taxi, it's very convenient, especially if one makes a dock to put it in and automatically charge. It seems a rediculously amazing phone, though disappointing with inevitable dust bunnies and sand. It's new and innovative, leading the way as Samsung is reputed to do, but it's already got the bells and whistles with few things in my eyes, at least, to work on as essential-like battery life or dust ingress :)

Biggest POS ever. Glitchy, most things aren't formatted to it so you get the super tiny screen. Junk phone, I suggest staying away. Oh and the camera sucks. Don't believe these paid advertisers.

I'm going to fore warn everyone considering buy the Z Fold 3. I recently switched from an I Phone 11 because the large screen intrigued me. I went into the switch with an open mind and gave myself two months of using it daily before making my judgement. After two months I can confidently say that the Z Fold 3 is trash. I often use youtube and the GPS and the phone will freeze when running multiple programs simultaneously forcing me to hard quit all my programs. Also, I've never made as many typos as I have with the Z Fold 3. You have to touch each letter perfectly on keypad or you'll misspell the word you're typing and it's gets extremely annoying and is very unconvenient. Also the Google Maps app is garbage. You type in a location and after about a mile it will get away from itself and you'll have to re center the screen. Also the front screen is terrible for texting. The letter are cramed together and you'll misspell everything. Lastly the camera are absolute trash. The quality of pictures remind me of my old flip phone from ten years ago when I had MySpace. I'm at the Verizon store now returning it. I just wanted to help people in the future from stealing clear of this phone and save yourself the money and frustration. While it may be fun for the first couple days it's a bad phone .

STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD 3. So samsung wants to charge me $386 to get my phone back when it is supposed to be under warranty as I only had it for 10 months. I told them it was their product that have gone bad that the crease went bad causing the black solid line down in the center of the phone where the crease is. They tried to accused me that I dropped the phone and cracked the LCD screen. I told them I didn't drop the phone but that when the crease went bad and since it is part of the screen that it is going to start effecting the rest of the screen. They were in denial of their product that has gone bad and demanded that I pay for the repair or that they will send the phone back the way they got it from me. There was no trying understanding and customer service can't do nothing about it but to hear you complain. The whole samsung experience was the worst experience I have ever had. They suck to the core. Even AT&T can't do nothing about it which is SAS. So disappointed in Samsung.
