Thank you so much. Had a phone that I bought from Ebay but it kept draining the battery because it was running a tracking app. I could not turn it off with out a code. I guess it is to track drivers or some BS like that. This cleared the phone and works good now.
The only problem is that the cell phone's number is still present in the phone #/User ID.
Very impressive, helped me a lot.  Keep the videos coming.

Thanks for the info! In order to use your phone with a provider other than the original company that sold the phone, you will need to ensure the device is subsidy unlocked. Only the original provider who sold the phone can supply the unlock code. Make sure to look for a CARRIER UNLOCKED device when searching on Ebay. Also, I recommend making sure the seller offers a return policy in the event you can't get it to work with your phone. Good luck!
