Does anyone know how to root the 4+? The bootloader isn't unlockable as "adb reboot bootloader" just restarts the phone back to android.

Sorry, but this phone is terrible. One of the worst phones I've ever had. I watched this video with half the screen showing a buggy clip of the last video I watched: a common issue one should expect whenever they get a Revvl 4.

If anyone on cricket or at&t likes this phone but wants to keep their carrier try the Alcatel Lumos or Alcatel Axel. Before anyone comes for me i'm already on at&t and have the Axel but was having a hard time finding good cases. Somehow I found out the Revvl 4 (not the Plus) are basically the same. So...now I have 2 Revvl 4 phone cases for my Alcatel Axel lol.

Metro PCs is the worst I was eligible for a upgrade and the upgrade prices are soo high I was supposed to get this phone in 5g they made a mistake and I was stuck with this because their shitty sluggish service at least I got it for 100 ps I down graded from a galaxy A32 5g 😢😢😢

I usually Uninstall apps after I buy phones. So I have more internal storage. I don't install games just simple apps. So I think it works for me
Do know that this phone is more of a starter phone. As for people just learning a phone (elder, children etc). I've had this phone for about 3 years or so and since I already know my way around a phone, it's been a bad experience for me after 2 and a half of those years. It's gets very sluggish after the first 2 months. It closes out apps sometimes and crashes my keyboard when I type occasionally. It can be very frustrating.
Revvl 4 in 2022! Just got it 2 weeks ago and I love it, the battery life is pretty amazing, It can go 2 days on a full charge, plus I had no lags, crashes or freeze ups and it's not bad at all, it took a few days for my phone to get used to me, and it's still buttery smooth
Slowest phone I've ever had it sucks, thinking of breaking it or throwing it away getting the TCL 10L soon

I do not like this phone. I have fat fingers and if you hit the power button and volume button at the same time, A voice control comes on disabling touch screen mode. Very timely and difficult to reset. Unable to find instructions to disable application.
I have this phone and it's honestly so horribly. It lags and most games I play crash. Also most games I want to play cannot be downloaded on this phone. I had a Samsung A11 and that this was trillions of times better. If you want a phone don't buy this one.

Hello, I have a T-Mobile 5G 4 plus Revel telephone... it seems as if it's working fine, however when the phone rings and the green emblem flashes I keep pushing on the emblem keep pushing on it and nothing happens then it won't answer the phone...

I picked this phone up at Walmart at the metro section for $45 and swapped my SIM card out it was better than my Samsung a21 which was riddled with bugs. I just wish it had wireless charging but my Samsung didn't have wireless charging either.

I bought this phone a few months ago at a Metro store as an upgrade. After having the phone for a couple hours I knew it was a piece of shit I tried to return it the next day and was going to go back to a Samsung at the same store. Well they told me to basically to fuck off because I was an existing customer and they only take returns from New customers. Fast forward I have nothing but problems with this phone, it literally has a mind of its own. I can't write all of the glitches in the phone. I have called Metro by T Mobile many times, too many to count, to no avail. I can't tell you the number of times Metro customer service has just plain hung up on me because I won't accept their platitudes. I definitely am going to change carriers, and I advise everyone to always stick to buying a Samsung phone or an I Phone!
Funny, it's a WORSE phone than I expected. Having to constantly take it in/out of airplane mode or restart it to get it working, pics that used to be sent clearly over mms suddenly become VERY pixelated after I've had the phone for just a few months. For me, it's a piece of sh**.

I'm looking for a new phone because I hate my revvl and I came here to see if maybe there was something I'm missing. I couldn't be swayed. I think the OS bugs are fucking with me. My messages take forever to come in. My call records are incorrect because calls don't come in. When calls do come in the call screen doesn't pop up and the option to answer, decline, or even see who is calling in the notifications leaves me wandering around my phone trying to see who is calling. Is this phone good with apps and games? Yeah, it's fine maybe a lil slow but whatever. It tries to kick out of apps but I can handle that. Its main function... is to be a phone... and that's where it fails the most. I wouldn't recommend it. I'd rather have an old flip phone. I wished could've paid just 50 more for some other budget phone. Note I've only had it for 6 months

New REVVEL V+ 5G. Whats missing: 9n mfgr made android phones you will get a call history 9n each individual phone call/contact. On this phone you do not get this feature. Ex:. Anne called three times, pull up Anne and it's blank. You will 9nly see ANNE with ALL your call history. Otherwise wise, like he said it's a "decent" phone.
The phone is great.. But the casing is a bit cheap and memory is a bit low. But for $200-250 new and $100-150 refurbed it's a bargain. I mean the front / selfie cam is 16 MP.. That's even unheard of for premium models. Speakers are pretty good as well.

Horrible phone. You can't even add another language to the keyboard other then Korea or Japanese. Accidentally I added Korean can't even delete it. I'm taking it back to T mobile and back to a Samsung.

Had mine for about a year and I love it. It's super fast faster than my other devices with much bigger processors. Large bright screen. Recommend setting animations to .5 in developer options. Power button that lights up is a cool feature never saw this option on any other devices. I don't like that after update losing 4k at 60 fps and being stuck on typical 30 fps. Makes no sense to sacrifice 4k just for a little update. They could have worked around it. Oh here's something cool that most people don't know. This was a Metro phone after unlocking a Metro phone they usually still only work on carriers that run on TMobile networks we this one works great on Red Pocket which runs on att network and it works better than my att phone. First time I have ever seen that happen. Just a great Android phone especially considering the reasonable price.

This phone has bad charging ports. You could have charging problems within a year. I'm on my 3rd phone (had 2 replacements) and just started having same charging issues. Don't waste your money.
