Does this phone have gyroscope? I really want something I can play around with VR and AR, a bit. Not to mention, Street View on Google Maps and location are a LOT smoother.

Moto g stylus 2021 and the g stylus 5g put this phone to absolute shame though....only thing this phone has that the moto doesn't is the 2 extra gigs of ram but again i got my moto for 170 this phone unlocked is 279 so over 100 dollar difference?no thanks moto is way better and doesn't lag at all

Is this phone getting android 11?
The battery is between 5 to 8 hours. And it gets hot while you browse or see Facebook videos. The phone gets hot but a 40c temperature. According to Google it's ok. According to Ampere it drains 800mah per hour. And this has a 4000mah battery. I would say the camera is questionable. For 48 megapixels the quality of the pictures looks crap. And the video recording is at max 30fps.
10L is a great phone but not being able to add or modify APN's is going to kill it and cause a ton of returns. That was a really dumb idea from such a large manufacturer.

People complaining about updates, but how much do they matter? How relevant are updates? It's not like the phone will gradually stop working aps right?

Highly recommend avoiding this phone. I bought it and regretted it soon after owning it. 6 months into owning it, it started randomly rebooting and doing this often. I've had it just around a year and dropped it and the screen broke, so time to find another phone. I bought it for 189 or so last year. The only good feature of this phone is the customizable button. I do love that feature to turn on or off the flashlight quickly.

The specs are terrific but the battery is trash. For me it only lasts between 4 to 5 hours. And the so called 48 megapixel camera I doubt it even is 48 megs. Also the notifications don't work.
Don't use the smart key for yo camera just double press the power button to open it 🤷🏾‍♂️

It's an impressive phone but if you're looking for cases it's extremely limited like for example you want a glitter covered one you can't find one they don't exist even on Ebay.

It’s 2022, I’m still using this amazing phone and it doesn’t lag and it still is getting updates it’s too bad TCL never made this quality standard of a phone in their latest models, all in all fantastic phone with amazing features.

The funny thing is you kept saying for 250 dollars you get all the features from a thousand dollar phone. How you prefer the finger print sensor on back and yet at the end of video you prefer to use the pro model because you said more features. After watching video the whole thing becomes redundant. Didn't make any sense at the end.

All these reviews complain that the camera is unique. But people fail to mention that TCL copied the Galaxy S10 back camera setup.

Looking at the spec sheet it appears the USBC on the TCL 10L is only 2.0 which caps at 480mbps. Can you confirm the transfer rates are this slow? Also, I noticed the usb doesn’t support OTG (On the Go) can you confirm this works with a multi port usbc hub? Thank you
