I bought one of these to replace my old armor 6E (which was practically bomb proof). This is a nice phone, However unfortunately it is not as rugged as they claim.. Within a couple of weeks of ownership, I had accidentally dropped my phone and the screen cracked... The edge of the glass protrudes slightly higher than the body of the phone and even a light hit will crack the screen at that point.. My screen now has around 10 cracks in just from everyday use.. I am a tradesman so my phone's do have a hard life... But that's why I purchased a so called "rugged" phone in the first place.. I find the physical size of the phone slightly bigger than the armor 6e (which had the same screen size) and is just a little too big for single handed operation (which makes it more susceptible to dropping). Also the charging jack does not have a dust plug/boot like the previous armor phones, so it is easy for dust and grit to get into the charging port and I have noticed that after only a couple of months the charger is starting to play up, you have to wiggle the plug around a bit before it will take charge and it's getting worse each day.. I was also disappointed with the camera, for the advertised megapixel rating, the quality of he photos is not that good, they are somewhat blurry and I honestly think my old armor 6e took way better photos in comparison... If you want a tough phone I suggest you look at something else... Which is a shame because other than that it's a pretty nice phone... on a positive note, the battery life is amazing.. nearly 2 full days of use on a single charge...
Mj Tech in your opinion which one is better ? this ulefone 12 or 13 or the 14 pro ? question is just i broke a lot of phone in this year and i need a phone like this
Nice review. I got an X5 and you showed that the camera is still bad because it won't focus like my X5. 5g is great but the prices on these phones is getting too high for what they are. The cameras not focusing fast enough gets pretty annoying. Specially when you want to take a quick picture. Most of the time they will be blurry in less you check them right then and there. Thanks for showing this, now I really won't pay that. Lol
dose any one know a link where any one can tell us or compair rugged smartphones with what thay are able to do some have special fetures like the ones that have lazor mesuring ptt compas emergency alarms so far i have not seen any comparesens done on caperbuilertys

Battery some clown doing a review said. It's heavy but last for 4 days. I am getting a day and half. Additionally I never received the accessories, the protective cover. I had this phone 4 a month. Who wants buy it??

Crap phone, after 3 months of use the display went wild for a few days, after that it did not work. I used the phone like a normal phone (my last blackview lasted me 3 and half years), I am so disappointed with ulefone...
Looks like a great phone. Ruggedness is a must as I've seen broken phones at work. Oh, by the way the puppy is cute.
So there is no picture stabilization? I had the ulefone X5 and liked it but the camera sucked. It was just slow to focus and no updates. The rear speakers was okay but I rather have them at the bottom or front. I now have been using the oukitel w13 5g and it's a bit better but heavy since it's a larger phone. As for 5g, that's just marketing because if the signal is bad like where I am, it makes no difference. You just don't get a signal. It's nice to have but just remember that.

Ulefone has customer service in China only. When their customer non service departments email you they never answer your question. In addition they never provide any troubleshooting instructions. They attemp to get personal info from you while providing with zero customer service. Non of their phones are worth the hastle. None. Purchase a phone from any other company than Ulefone if you ever think you may need customer service.

can you calibrate accubattery app for full functionality ? It seems i cannot calibrate and also seems that battery statistics are very limited and restricted... any solutions?

I have the power 13 and it's advertised as waterproof phone, but it's not true . And then Ulefone doesn't answer your emails or Twitter questions.. I loved it until I tried the water and now the phone is useless because the touch screen has water underneath.. So Beware..
BUYER BEWARE..I bought the ulefone armor 12 5g from their eBay store 4 months ago the camera quit working I have reached out the them on both the eBay store and at their website, several times. I don't want a refund I just want a way to repair it. So far they have blown me off which is a shame.I wanted to continue to do business with them buying two more phones for my wife and son, but I'll probably be going to blackview instead. BUYER BEWARE..... I will continue to post this everywhere I see ulefone untill a representative contacts me about a fix for my phone.
OK. I bought my first iPhone in winter 2020... I loved it, but being the XR, my fingers/hands were kinda too big for it, especially when typing texts,e tc... I'm seriously considering this beast of a phone... would I be making a a mistake or downgrade going from an XR to this?

could you comment on the 2 main issues i have with rugged phones: the speaker and microphone sound quality just after it's come out of the water? i tend to find the speaker is muddy and distorted and the microphone just doesn't work when it's wet, a pain when you're trying to call someone when you're out and about. also, what is the low-light photo capability like? Thanks for the review, this is currently on my shortlist of 1 when i come to get a new phone...
