My big hands love Armor phones. I dropped my Armor 4 from 30 feet onto concrete but it didn't drop the call. Awesome durable phone but yes, the camera was meh. Looking to buy the 13 with the endoscope for work.

BUYER BEWARE..I bought the ulefone armor 12 5g from their eBay store 4 months ago the camera quit working I have reached out the them on both the eBay store and at their website, several times. I don't want a refund I just want a way to repair it. So far they have blown me off which is a shame.I wanted to continue to do business with them buying two more phones for my wife and son, but I'll probably be going to blackview instead. BUYER BEWARE..... I will continue to post this everywhere I see ulefone untill a representative contacts me about a fix for my phone.

I just wish the company would answer emails.. the phone is not waterproof as advertised. Everything else is fine. Just don't get it wet, because the company doesn't answer any emails or Twitter questions

I bought the phone directly from their site to make sure I would have a warranty. Was a little more expensive than ebay, but guarantee that it was somehow not ever used. I love the phone but it does not support charge current monitoring. I find that strange as I have owned 3 other models by Ulefone and those had the feature. It really helps to know how long it will charge or discharge.

After a month I can tell you: if you charge the battery to 100%, a few hours later you will find that even without using it, it has dropped to 93 or 92%. Using its items normally, the battery last three days as much. But if you use this phone as if you were a teenager, you'd probably have to keep the charger close every two days. The weight is the least of it. My hands are small but I handle it perfectly and I love having it in my pocket. The red button is continually activated due to accidental pressing, so it's best to disable its one-touch and two-touch functions; I use it to turn on the flashlight with the long touch function. I don't recommend bringing it close to the shower because its speaker is quite sensitive and the drops of water affect the sound terribly until the Ulefone is completely dry. Once he fell from less than a meter high and his rear cameras broke. In any case, its operating system is excellent, very fast and above all beautiful.
I don't understand why nobody gives the quality of the Bluetooth radio connection on phones? When most of our buds are BT, not to mention wrist or chest devices the BT connection quality is imperative. The radio on these rugged phones especially used to be rubbish and ruined my last experience when I bought one but that was about 9 years ago (yes, I was using BT earbuds back then). Come on Mr Skull, buck the bad trend and give this important information going forward please? Great video. Many thanks.
How accurate is the GPS?
I just got the phone a couple of weeks ago since I drop stuff a lot.
I got the Ulefone night vision camera attachment, it's only a few megapixel but it works great in complete darkness and poor light conditions, I'll use that and adjust the light sensor in poor lighting to blend color with the infrared.
Also since I hate the holster, on eBay they sell a generic 7.5 inch phone horizontal pouch that fits it and a 3rd party TPU gel case, got a 15w wireless charger from Amazon that is designed for thick cases and it powers through it with no problem.
I switched the launcher to Poco Launcher since I like hiding banking and credit card apps and also that Google At A Glance is annoying and you can't remove it. Edit: using Microsoft Launcher now.
Here's a couple of bugs, it does have issues with live wallpapers, upon reboot it will go back to the default or last used static wallpaper.
Google Messages does have issues with some SM shortcodes (like one-time bank verification codes, or SMS balance alerts) Google Messages is a pain with it since it by default has problems with Premium SMS. I can understand this because a lot of the malware that was on the Google Play used Premium SMS to steal money.
Overall I'm happy with the device, I very rarely have to reboot it and T-Mobile got me through Google Messages issues.
And since I'm an old fart, I'm used to Zello, when in college 2002, we had Nextel phones which used the now dead Motorola iDEN technology.

One bad thing is its weight, tho I have gotten used to it. But it fell from half a metre from a table straight on my big toe and now after 9 months I still have a mark on it, I definitely dont recommed to drop it on your toes.

Have had mine for about 3 days now and this what I have found... The phone is big, obviously, but bigger and heavier than I though it would be. The screen is nice and big and the video quality is decent. The phone is fast enough for what I do with a phone, I really cannot complain about performance but I don't use my phone for games. The sound is good for people talking but music quality is not that great. If anyone has any tips on how to improve this, I'm all ears. What I do miss from my previous AMOLED screen phone is the always on feature where I had a clock on the phone face 24/7 when it was locked. Also, the fact that the screen doesn't have that deep, rich black colour but that's the tradeoff with LCD I guess. I also, for some reason, cannot seem to get the clock widget to move from the home screen. Any tips on that would be greatly appreciated. The camera is also better than I thought it would be, it's definitely better than the 2 other rugged phones I owned in the past. I really like the Custom button function whereby you can program it to open 3 different apps, will be using that a lot. The case is a bit of a waste of money in my opinion. It's hard plastic and overpriced. Oh yes, and the LCD's on the back is really bright, like that a lot too.
