I have been looking at these f3 and a13 line of umidigi phones. I already have three of their phones and I found them to be a really excellent quality if you can put up with the lack of updates. I finally just bought the a13 pro 5G which seemed to tick all the boxes including a full HD resolution screen and of course 5G connectivity. I got it for about $200 from AliExpress and it only took 2 weeks to get to the USA. I've been really pleased with the phone so far. Complaints so far is that scrolling sometimes it's not very smooth and there is a stuttering. It's not all the time but it is noticeable when it happens. I was surprised because you can set the refresh rate to 90. I will be interested to see what people think of the reviews for this phone come in

This is a beast..with that HD screen performance is immense compared to if it was Full HD, almost reminiscent of Realme 3 pro. Getting this.
Me and my wife were using Umidigi F2 since March, 2020 and we are pretty satisfied. OS+firmware adjustments were poorly designed at release time and took about 6 months to get microphone bugs fixed by Google and/or Umidigi. Hardware, however, has never failed and camera is pretty acceptable (very good for 90% of users). Sound is great. The downside to mention, however, is that Umidigi does not perform any software or security patch updates after 6 months from model release. Also, there's absolutely no factory support after phone delivery. So, it's a 6-month to 1-year safe phone and then, you're at your own risk. If it's not an issue for you, probably the new F3 (the new Umidigi F-line flagship released on 2022) it's a bang for the buck.
Seems to be more appealing than the F1 I won a couple of years ago. At least it has Dark Mode but I'd still have to install another launcher like Nova Launcher or Microsoft Launcher in order to use it the way I like to. I really like the color though. I also prefer to have five across in the dock area. It probably won't ever receive an update either. The F1 I won has never received an update from Android 9 to Android 10 or any security updates. I hope the camera on yours is also better.
8gb, 128gb is pretty good. I need a phone that has a lasting battery for work.

Right now Umidigi Bison 2 looks like the new decent value phone. 1080p screen and Helio P90 CPU 🙂
I still have the Umidigi F1. It has been a pretty good phone. One thing I don't like about Umidigi is that you can't get a rugged case for them. It doesn't come with a good case, and there are no aftermarket cases either.

You can't get a better case. They don't make rugged cases for this phone. I still have my old Umidigi F1 phone. It is a pretty good phone, but the earpiece speaker doesn't get very loud. Also, I could never get a rugged case for my F1 either. Umidigi should do like Blu and give you a rugged case with the phone since nobody makes aftermarket cases for these.

Umidigi sucks lol. I really question why there are even customers of Umidigi, are they living under a rock or something? There's WAY better option out there if you want to bring up "bang for the buck".
