I've got the older bison pro...recommended by a good friend who bought 2 regular bisons (for availability security). This phones are TOUGH.. I thought the speaker was a lanyard loop..and damaged the speaker BUT, I did find a replacement speaker on amazon.. I swear by these. I'm buying this one first, THEN tackling the repair. Thank you for mentioning the update part.Umidigi is bad,sadly on the update part,they keep poping phones out like crazy.I have the A11 pro max,not a bad budget phone,but never seen a update,screen when black,brand new,they are cheap,thats for sure.Like they say,You get what you pay for,and in this case is true.

Hi! Just received the same phone today. Problem is, the microphone volume is really low. You can barely hear the sound during calls and with the videos I've recorded. Is that normal on this phone? Coz if it is, I might just return it. Thanks in advance!
I connected it to my desktop but cannot figure out how to transfer files. Computer cannot see the folders on the 256GB internal drive which renders it rather useless. Does anyone know how to transfer files from a desktop to this phone?

Umidigi policies are that of con artists. Knowing that their products are of an inferior quality they side with the reseller's lesser warranty, whatever it is, meaning they never have to honor their 1-year warranty promise to their fans. Like scumbags, they neglect their loyalty but whatever the outcome, I thank Joom for their supportive response in trying to find a positive solution. Umdigi on the other hand remains cold and distant even on their fan support page. Not the brand I would want to support. After only 4 months of use the phone sensors failed, problems with the signal and connection between pc and phone, and most disappointing the low quality camera even though the specs boast otherwise.

So is Umidigi going to screw over their customers like they did with the original Bison GT? I am a day one owner of the Bison GT and absolutely love the phone, the Helio G95 SOC is ok for the price, the performance despite the underpowered G95, the design, etc etc ... the problem? Well I've had this phone for almost 2 years now and Umidigi has released exactly 1 UPDATE!!! So basically owners of the original Bison GT were conned into purchasing this "flagship" (Umidigi's own words) phone and at the 2 year mark we are stuck on Android 10 with the latest (and literally ONLY) security patch from May 5th 2021! That is ridiculous.... I recently bought my daughter a Bison Pro and it gets updates monthly if not weekly! So I guess Umidigi abandoned the original Bison GT immediately after release.... I won't be making the mistake of ever purchasing another Umidigi product again.

Infelizmente as avaliações da maioria dos canais não testa os aparelhos no dia a dia!!! Comprei um Bison Pro, ruim, vendi e peguei o GT2 Pro 5G! Pior ainda, apaga a tela ao usa o Zap, o AirBuds U original que comprei junto não funciona do GT2 Pro, conecta e funciona em vários Smartphones, conecta mas não funciona no GT2 Pro! O Bison Pro ficava sumindo o áudio do auricular!!! Até agora só a câmera me agradou!!! Fracos no geral!!!!

This phone is piece of s..t! Dual sim not working, battery overheat from just laying on the table. Does not work with GoogleFi and has problems with TCom network. Besides that it has some nifty features but it is useless as a phone. This is $300 nice looking brick! Avoid at allcosts.
I have used the smartphone, and I would like to point out that the durable design and the Mediatek chipset are two of the best features here

I have had the Bison pro 2 for 1 week now and I find the phone screen too jumpy when you are not even using the phone. you have to watch how you pick up the phone because of the side buttons can turn on features on you are not using .. I bought this phone for storage capacity.

Yo no compraria ninguno de los dos, esta lleno de BUGS, no existe soporte tecnico, deja de funcionar el lector de huellas, enbdeterminadas ocaciones hay que actuvar el altavoz para que te puedan escuchar en una llamada.. no han lanzado un parche para corregir errores y por ahora menos,. El unico punto a favor es su robustes.
Es básicamente igual al bison de 8gb de ram. Solo que 3n ves del helio p60 tiene el p90
I am planning to get this Umidigi Bison 2 smartphone. I like the 6150 battery as well as Mediatek Helio p90 chipset.
I like both the phones and they chose well with the rugged build and the mediatek processors.
