U should explain how to use every feature especially the SOS feature because the manual is shit and doesn't explain the features properly.
Elderly people worry that they can easily press keys accidentally in pockets handbags etc however you never covered this or I would have liked and subscribed. You need to think what old people need and their anxieties with technology. You should speak slower and not rush, I also think you could give more information regard setting the phone up as the instructions are rubbish on my Artfone, though the phone is great. Many people review phones but the ones most popular are those that give help with navigation and setting up because its often left for a relative to set up the device for an elderly person and they themselves are not always very tech savvy.
