Seems like every reviewer forgets to talk about the scratch resistence of their screen. Bought a P30 pro few years ago. Was so deceived to realize it had a scratch able screen. For the price I was expecting some gorilla glass

I am late to the party and I am seriously considering this phone with the Xiaomi 12t pro. But the Huawei P50 Pro costs 50,- euro extra. I mainly want to use it as a camera phone for making photos outdoors (making use of zoom camera) and indoors. No need to game or anything. Is it worth the extra cash? What is your opinion, is it worth it?

Just picked one of these up on sale directly from Huawei U.K. for £699. At this price point I can confidently say that this is one of the best phones out there regardless of the lack of 5G and google play. Great build quality, seamless processing and excellent camera quality.

My huawei y9 2019 has been with me for 7 years, it also fell in the water but after 1 day, it is okay again. fell on the floor several times. For me huawei phone is the best among all mobile phones. The camera is nice and clear, even the audio neto is clear and sounds good. The storage capacity is also good, even though I have downloaded many apps, the storage is still not full. It's also great to use for playing games like mobile legends, no lag and good performance. I have tried many phone brands such as samsung, vivo, O+, apple (the old model 4s), realme, nokia (the touch screen), and the other brands, but this is the one I liked the most and I can say the huawei is really the best when it comes to performance, camera, photo quality, fast charging, sounds, and etc.. if I'm lucky enough to buy a phone again, I'll still choose huawei and I hope it's the huawei p50 pro.
Huawei invented 5G but it did not installed it on their flagship phones! Why?
US smartphone companies ganged against Huawei smartphone and used politics to push Huawei phones away from the competition. Free Market my ass. USA used Google company as political tool to serve its economic agenda and interests. The google should be fined by every country for manipulating the market and consumers.
I'm using for 4 years huawei 20 lite and it still is the best phone I had. I'm also using the mate 20 Pro tablet. I'm now changing to 50 Pro and I hope I'll be able to use my Google apps, because I'm a google service user.
But if is not using Google service then what does it use?
You forgot to mention that having a Huawei phone is now like wearing a badge of showing mid-finger to US's imperialism and bullying, which other flagship phones don't offer. I have to say it is a very unique feature!
